CF&S Group Acquires DAKO Worldwide Transport

CF&S Group, through its subsidiary CF&S Germany GmbH, has acquired 100% shares of DAKO Worldwide Transport GmbH. This latest acquisition underlines CF&S’ ambition to develop end to end solutions for their global customer base in project logistics and assists CF&S’ growth into a global projects specialist.

Tiit Arus, CEO of CF&S Estonia AS, is excited to welcome DAKO Worldwide Transport to the CF&S Group. „We are happy to welcome the experienced DAKO Worldwide team into the CF&S family. Together we will be able to serve our existing and future customers on an even higher level, offering tailor made logistic solutions to various industries and markets, “ said Arus.

The founding shareholders of DAKO Worldwide Transport GmbH, and the Managing Director Julian Slusarek consider CF&S as the ideal partner to drive the further growth, internationalization, and development of DAKO Worldwide’s services and technology. “This will put DAKO in the excellent position of being able to carry out project transports even more efficiently and broadly as a competent service provider for our customers, “ said Slusarek.

With this change, DAKO Worldwide Transport GmbH will continue to operate under its name and lead global logistics projects within CF&S. This cooperation will bring new, creative logistics project solutions to our customer base around the world.

DAKO and its employees will continue to be based and operate at the traditional locations in Düsseldorf and Bremen, so that all known contact persons and details will remain unchanged.
